1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using the FundPier platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access our services.

2. Loan Applications

All loan applications are subject to credit approval and verification. FundPier reserves the right to reject any application based on our internal risk assessment criteria without disclosing specific reasons, in accordance with Ugandan banking regulations.

3. Interest and Fees

All interest rates and fees will be clearly disclosed in your Loan Offer letter. By accepting a loan, you agree to the repayment schedule and any applicable late payment penalties.

4. User Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to provide accurate and truthful information during the application process.
